Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us). The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Liability for Diminished Value

You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Return of Goods

The costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer. Please arrange the return of the goods at your own expense and use a reliable method of delivery to ensure safe return.

This right of withdrawal is provided under the following EU legislation:
- Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights
- Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on Online Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes
